A sweet-yet-savory jam, made with our farm grown garlic and rosemary. This jam is fantastic for cheese and crackers, over cream cheese like with pepper jelly for dipping, on a grilled cheese, or just on bread or biscuits, as well as with meats, both dark and light. I always use low-sugar pectin for my jams and jellies, so this has about 2/3 the sugar of a regular jam.
Ingredients: cane sugar, SF garlic, Apple cider vinegar, White wine, low-sugar fruit pectin and SF fresh rosemary.
