Garlic Powder, Elephant "Onion" Powder - Homegrown Solar-Dried Elephant Garlic, Sweet and Mild

This is actually powdered Elephant garlic, which is so mild I use it as onion powder (in the photo it is the jar on the right).  This garlic is grown here on Solace Farm Homestead, harvested by hand, and dried in our solar or solar-powered electric dehydrators, free of everything but garlic. No fillers, salt, preservatives, colorants, or anything else.  We package this in upcycled glass spice bottles, either 2.5 or 4 oz bottles.
