Shipping 

All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping!  For orders under $35, the Indiemade hosting site does not use calculated shipping, so all shipping costs are estimates to ensure the correct minimum is charged.  I try to be as accurate as possible, but occasionally it will assess more than the Post Office actually charges.  I will refund any overages more than $1 in excess, through PayPal upon shipping.  If you would like an accurate estimate before placing an order, send a message with your address and desired items, and I will get you the correct shipping estimate.  

Most items are ready to ship, in 1-4 business days.  Made to order items such as custom or bulk-order soaps will take longer, usually 5-6 weeks.  Contact me directly for more specific information.  

I do not purchase any shipping materials (so I do not charge you anything for supplies only the actual shipping cost), as all my supplies are sourced locally from donated repurposed packaging supplies.  I also cut down large boxes to make smaller ones, and we make our own shredded paper from our brown paper chicken feedsack bags.  I do use some plastic bubble wrap and bubble mailers occasionally, but again they are all re-used, never purchased, to save both your and my money and the environment.  I only use plastic packing tape on plastic bubble mailers, otherwise I use paper tape for all the boxes and paper mailers. 

If you prefer all-paper packing materials, please add a note letting me know, and I will happily do that.   If you are ordering a gift and would like me to avoid using any pre-branded packaging (for example the white and blue Amazon Prime mailers) add a note to let me know and I will make sure to use more "tasteful" packaging.

Cancellations & Returns

I accept cancellations anytime before the order has shipped, although I sometimes ship the same day - if I have already mailed your order, please let me know immediately.  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let me know - I want you to be happy with your order, and am happy to refund or replace if necessary, just contact me for more information before returning any items.
